Terms and Conditions of Using Funtime Trip Services
I. General Privacy statement
- 1. Contract of “ Funtime Trip” suggests the minimum selling rate and net rate of our tours, activity and attractions. What can be obtained either from our B2B/ B2C portals .
- 2. Our description sheets/B2C website suggest the individual tours itinerary, inclusion, exclusions and details of sights and places visited in the tours/activity and attractions.

Free Sale Policy :- Tours/Transfer/Hotel listed with Funtime Trip is listed on “Free Sale”, We have 100’s of tours and attractions listed with NO LIMIT seat, all admission ticket is available 8 hours before the tours via our customer service counter or free sale in our B2C/B2B portal www.funtimetrip.com However all free sale tours is subjected to a close sale by an email from our customer service team before 8 hours of tours departure time. Hotels availability depends on inventory available so please check before confirming as it is still offline booking.
Free of Cost Pick up area for Join Tour:- Funtime Trip provides a significant door to door pick up and drop in Thailand, For Bangkok we have got following pick up and drop off location, Once a traveller pick up from the location they will be automatically assigned to drop off to his pick up location unless requested in advance. Following is the pick up location of our door to door pick up services.

Join tours pick up means we might go up to 4-5 places to pick up tourists, usually we limit the number of people per tour to 10-12 people maximum. During this joint tour pick up, Our traveller may have to wait up to 40 minutes (Maximum) because of traffic conditions or picking up different persons. But you must be at your pick up time as we have to bring all travellers on board before starting the tours.

Private Tours:-
Funtime Trip assures all pick up of Private Tours is arranged at Travelers hotel itself, however a hotel near to airport is not included into our pick up area (Example:- Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Muang Airport area)

Tours Pick Up Policy(Join Tour):-
- Please wait at Hotel Lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start.
- Any late from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available, Otherwise this will be auto cancelled with charge 100%.
- Drivers can be late up to 15- 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses. (However an exact pick time would be advised before 24 hours of tours to avoid any waiting time)
- You do not need to show a voucher, just show them a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on mobile for this activity to our Guide.
- Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance or safety protocols.
- Funtime Trip reserves the rights to cancel any booking because of bad weather conditions or natural disaster.
- Please always try to update us with room numbers after check-in to Hotel.
- Always try to book your service very carefully.
- Please always read Inclusions and exclusions very carefully.
FOC Policy:-
- Any Group Tours (15 + will get 1 complimentary)
- 7 Person will get free upgrade to private transfer
- Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat
- Children aged 3-8 would be charged 75% of the tour rate.
- Children over 8 would be considered as adult
Child Policy:-
- Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat (with parents/relatives)
- Children over 100 CM (Age 0-2) for the attraction ticket are considered an adult.
- Children aged 3-8 would be charged 75% of tours rate.
(For Sightseeing & Tours- which exclude shows and attraction tickets )
- Children over 8 would be considered as adult
Booking Policy:-
- You can book all tours and activities up to 8 hours before tours/attractions and ticket departure time. (Must be 09:00 Pm/ 18:00 Hours Thailand GST+7 Time).
- Please check real-time booking information for attraction tickets, city tours etc.
- You will receive confirmation of your booking via by our customer service department which works 12 hours everyday via enquiry@funtimetrip-com.stackstaging.com (From 08:00 Am to 08:00 Pm everyday)
- You may also do booking via www.funtimetrip.com On real-time basis
- Our pick up time and Guide Numbers of tours would be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative before the 12 hours of tours date. (In case of Join Tours)
- For All Private Tours all pick up points are already mentioned in our itinerary.
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.
Cancellation Policy:- for all Prepaid & Postpaid Booking :
All pre-paid/post paid booking will apply following cancellation policy:-
- Before 15 Days of Excursion – 25% charges of cancellation.
- Before 10 Day of Excursion Date: – 75% charged applied.
- Before 7 Days of Excursion Date: – 100% Charged.
- Activity may be cancelled due to any natural problem, in this case we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for full refund.
M. Mode of Transportation:-
- We use a 10 seater commuter van for our join and private tours if the number of pax exceeds two people.
- In case of 2 person we use sedan car for tours and activity
- For island tours we use speed boat , cruise , big speed as per customer selection of tour. Example a Phi Phi Island by Speed boat means speed boat, A phi phi island by big boat means big boat and Coral Island by Speed boat means speed boat.
N. Safety and Health Hazard
Funtime Trip does not recommend elderly people, physically handicap and pregnant women to do the following activity :
- Cycling
- Tracking
- Island tour by speed boat
- Water activities like kayaking , parasailing , Jet ski.
Additional Information:
Our tours are available almost everyday, in case of any urgency or cancellation we will inform you before 12 hours of tours time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest you some other day or refund your money immediately.
This tour is available in English language only but you can request a Private tour for many different languages Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Please specify your preferred language if you make a private tours booking.
Scam of Thailand:-
Please avoid using Jet ski as a precaution and suggest your tourist to avoid using jet ski while you are doing island tours in Thailand.
